1. Production and overall management of Group management performance, KPIs and reports including quarterly performance reviews of the Group performance and reporting to EXCO and BOD.
2. Coordinate and assist in setting of Group level KPIs.
3. Draft periodic Company share performance, shareholding analysis and investment monitoring reports.
4. Assist in Group financial planning, analysis, data compilation and commercial analytics assignments.
5. Conduct desktop evaluations for Mergers & Acquisitions with recommended closure
Assist in analysis, drafting and financial planning for corporate exercises
6. Follow up and act as liaison for ad-hoc corporate assignments.
7. Produce well structured and thorough analysis, financial modeling, data, presentations and correspondences, Management Papers and Board Papers
8. Accuracy and be able to structure reasonable assumptions for financial analysis
9. Be able to conduct thorough desk top evaluation on corporate exercises and internal proposals.
10. Completion of assignments on a timely basis
11.Be able to work with minimum supervision with unstructured tasks

Requirements:
•Degree in Accounting and Finance. Professional qualification in Accounting or Finance – an associate or pursuing is an advantage
•Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting/finance and related field.
•Computer literacy-Microsoft Office
•Accounting and Finance knowledge background
•Good written and verbal communication skills
•Good analytical, reporting and planning skills
•Pleasant personality
